IT'S A LOVE STORY
Playing in the streets of Lebanon with my cousins and friends as a young boy, we always passed by shawarma stalls or falafel eateries and the aromas of roasting grills. Spices and freshly baked bread are still very vivid and fond memories. This was the main inspiration behind BABA – a modern street food joint serving Lebanese cuisine.
Lebanese food brings to mind a feast for the senses: from the aromatic cinnamon, cumin, the tangy sumac, earthy za’atar and grilled meats to the freshness of herbs, lemon and garlic together with the sweet honey-drizzled desserts. We look forward to sharing our Lebanese cuisine and generous hospitality with you at BABA.
